Are you an engaging healthcare finance leader with Chief Financial Officer experience? Hospital Sisters Health System is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead our Southern Illinois Market. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare financial leader that is comfortable managing in a matrix environment with a proven track record in successfully managing all financial operations of a region of multiple acute care. This leader will hold direct responsibility for the financial operations and be the driver of financial excellence for the market. Additionally, the Market CFO will have strong involvement with the communities they serve. This leader will report directly to the Southern Illinois Market President & CEO with matrixed reporting to the HSHS Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.
