The CFO will join Newark Academy at an exciting time. With a forward-looking strategic plan in motion and a Board of Trustees committed to long-term sustainability and innovation, the school seeks a financial executive who can continue to elevate its financial stewardship and operational excellence.

Reporting directly to the Head of School and working closely with the Board, the CFO will serve as a key institutional leader and strategic partner — overseeing finance, campus master planning, campus safety and risk management, and providing strategic guidance to human resources and all campus operations.

Search Timeline

• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis

• The position is open until filled, with a desired start date of July 2026 or sooner.
• The salary range for this position is $290,000 – $330,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees at Newark Academy enjoy a generous and comprehensive benefits package.
